Here are a couple of photos of Eli's first meal wielding his own spoon. As you can see, it was quite messy, but I think he got the concept and even got a fair amount in his mouth.


He's giving me the evil eye, saying, "Why are you taking pictures of me? Stop it."

"Oh, forget it. This spoon takes way too long. I think I'll drink it instead."

These are Eli's cute little feet under the highchair. When he eats, he flexes and curls his little toes. I think it's adorable how he crosses his feet like he's lounging.
